Waste to energy plant project

Fabrication onsite installation for the East Rockingham and Kwinana waste to energy project. A 300,000 tonne per annum waste to energy facility. M&J supplied specialist fabric filters, welders, and boilermakers

Rio Tinto cape lambert screen house chutes

It was commissioned for the supply, fabrication, surface treatment and assembly of structural steel, platework, handrails, grating and associated mechanical components for the screen house rebuild project. M&J supplied 20 welders and boiler makers to completed, accelerated delivery schedule with the crew working 24/7 to meet the deadline.

MSP engineering

M&J helped to install approximately 2000+ tonnes of structural steel and associated flooring and claddi ng, approximately 70 tonnes of platework for Talison lithium project at the Greenbushes mine site WA.

ChevronGorgon

It was to replace the windsocks throughout the plant after highlighting issues with the current methods of installation on temporary scaffold structures. M&J provided some of scaffolders and riggers to manage the complete WHRU (waste heat recovery unit) multi disciplined project, including the removal and replacement of the compressor stack.

BHP nickel west

It was to removal and replacement of hot heat exchanger project to be executed during the major shutdown at the Kalgoorlie nickel smelter by fabricating the new stainless steel ducts and support towers made from exotic metals.

Yara pilbara technical ammonia nitrate plant recovery project

The construction contract covers the deconstruction and construction of the dryers, heat exchanges and an absorption tower, Integrated services include mechanical, welding, boiler making, scaffolding, rigging and fabrication. M&J completed multiple works which ranged from minor pipe work, valve installation and vessel replacement, to major piping modifications in the critical areas of the plant.
